The Transplant Ambassador Program is a unique patient-led peer support outreach initiative to support kidney patients and potential living donors who want to learn more about kidney transplantation.

Volunteer transplant ambassadors are available to talk by phone, zoom and in renal clinics to connect with patients at all stages of kidney journey—from early onset of kidney disease and kidney failure to dialysis and transplant and beyond …
